Mean Girls: Eschews comedic beats for more emotional ones. None of new cast disappoints while also reaffirming how great original cast was. Cravalho excels along w/Spivey. Changes don’t seem to add much while omissions from stage are sadly missed. Odd choices head scratching but still enjoyable; B

Spider-Man: Far From Home; Fun instalment makes some leaps that are unexplained yet don’t deter from offering an amazing, exciting ride. Cast continues to excel but loose ends from Homecoming are ignored for further extensions of the Avengers storyline. Keep focus on Spidey!; A-

Every Day; Sweet, teenage romance which could have veered into totally creepy territory, yet deftly avoids the potential pitfalls and delivers a solid fantasy of first love in its high school setting. Contrivances aside, story concept pleases the devoted viewer; B+
