Knock at the Cabin

Knock at the Cabin; A one note (supposed to be) thriller that ends up being exactly what it sets up from the outset. Offers little to no intrigue, dragging us along from start to finish. A cast deserving much more for the Herculean effort they give trying to prop up this flop; D+

The Matrix Resurrections; Pointless return to a franchise that truly could have stopped after one. The ideas always seem to be interesting until they are actually played out to little effect. Nothing visually groundbreaking or particularly memorable. A waste of effort from all; C

Hamilton; Wonderful filming of theatrical production manages to capture stage, lighting & choreography seamlessly while providing intimate, up close moments w/o missing a beat. Fabulously frames founding fathers in an equally groundbreaking energetic revolutionary performance; A+

Frozen 2; Goes dark but grows up with its core audience. Animation exceeds original’s details. Storyline makes a few jumps and songs not as catchy but still classic and well animated while suiting the story. Sámi elements are quite interesting. Love the earth giants; A
