Charlie’s Angels; Trio of talented actors make a fun, fight fueled action flick that shines on account of their personalities. Without the franchise baggage, this combination of script, style, actors and action could create its own franchise. Loved every minute of it; B+
Aladdin; Best aspects are the additions to the story, though recreated scenes worked well too, as the casting is quite good. Jasmine and Aladdin have great chemistry and the F/X are fantastic. Smith’s genie is his own but not as good as the original or stage musical; A-
Power Rangers; As incoherent & ridiculous as any of the previous incarnations. Ripe for MST3K style riffing. Money spent shows but blows; D+
