Enola Holmes 2; Less of the fun banter found in the first film, but the stakes are higher & more deadly for the dashing heroine w/charisma aplenty. The mystery unraveled remains essential & the social relevance timely. Best display of Brown’s talents come from this franchise; A-

Enola Holmes; MBB has oodles of charm playing a character from a family line that’s captivated us in many iterations. Her expressive face breaks the fourth wall w/frivolous fun. Writing is witty but clues hold little mystery, not on a Sherlockian level. Bring on the sequels!; B+
